Lauren Conrad strapped on her bowling shows and aimed for a strike.

She's giving tips to help make the show successful, Conrad adds: “I would just tell her to have fun with it. She’s always made it very clear on The Hills that she doesn’t want her personal life involved on the show, so it would definitely mean that she would have to come out of her comfort zone.”
